No, I don't publish them anywhere other than here. It never occurred to me to send them out. I've only just started experimenting with cartoons and I don't think they're professional enough for any serious publisher to take interest. But I still love you for suggesting it!-

well, if nothing else, perhaps you should keep doing them here so you build up a collection which, one day, you could send round as your portfolio. i'm not an expert, but i do think they are good, and clever, too!
